Danny and Terry went above and beyond to install an aftermarket set of cab lights on my truck. The manufacturer didn’t, initially, provide the proper installation instructions. Terry contacted the manufacturer and worked through the installation issues with them.

I looked at lights, speakers and amp for my Harley Davidson 2015 Ultra Limited at the resent bike show at the Cartronics booth and was very impressed with how the lights looked and the speakers with a nice amp so I purchased them at the special show pricing and the next week had them installed. I am very pleased with how they look and sound.

Spoke to CarTronics a week prior to inquire about installing a touch screen radio in my Kia. They made an exception for me to bring in my own unit and parts. I stopped by early on the following Saturday before they opened at 8am, since it’s first come, first serve on Saturdays. Robert and Dalton at the front desk were really kind. Got my car taken in to have the unit installed with access to the back up cam, antenna, steering wheel controls, and a mic set up. Some of the parts I brought in didn’t quite match the specs, but Dalton was on top of it and made sure to inform me of alternative options that worked better. He also checked in with me periodically with news or status updates on my car as I waited. I can’t thank these guys enough, the unit looks great and functions very well. Well worth the wait and I would suggest giving these guys a try if you need car radio installations done. Trustworthy, honest, and overall, excellent customer service.

Genuinely one of the best experiences I could ask for and will definitely be back to refer all my friends and family. One of the smoothest experiences and left feeling like I had a brand new car. Even though they gave me a three hour estimate they communicated with me me on the phone about the pieces they were putting together to create the most seamless and effective route. 10/10 got everything got explained to me in great detail and the prices were very reasonable. Turned my 2004 cassette radio into a new modern sleek look.

The guys at Car Tronics in Rivergate are top notch. Our cadillac SRX had a cracked CUE Screen, I stopped in to inquire about having it replaced. They gave me the information and I gave them a deposit for the parts, they then contacted me to set up a day and time to have them replace it. I showed up at my scheduled time and they had me done in no time. They did an excellent job and are very professional. I will continue to buy and use them for any electronic purchases and install.

I can not say enough about the team at Cartronics of Rivergate. My experience with my new car stereo did not go as plan in the beginning as the product we first installed had multiple melanufacturer issues. The team never gave up on helping me fix my issues. After multiple trips back to the store and finally coming to the conclusion the product that was installed would never work properly they swapped out the unit for an upgraded unit and did not charge full retail. The team was always responsive and even after job was complete they followed up again to see how things where going. It would be hard pressed to find another company so willing to work with you and stand by the products they install.
I will be returning for more truck accessories without a doubt.
